Employee selection process

1. CV Selection

Interview screening is the first screening of whether you are suitable for the job. The screening will be done by the company’s Human Resources Officer and the Management of the workplace. The Human Resources Officer of the company where you submitted your application will notify you of the selection decision.

When you fill out the application form, pay attention to the following points:

  • Please read the NOTES at the top of the application carefully.
  • Verify that your skills and experience match the job requirements
  • If you are a recent graduate with no work experience, please include coursework, research, and results completed during your studies.
  • If you’ve held a management-level position, mention in your experience section how many people you’ve managed a team of and the scope of your work.

2. Interview

The interview will be conducted jointly by the company’s Human Resources officer and the Management of the workplace, and several interviews may be conducted depending on the characteristics of the workplace. The decision of the interview stage will be notified to you by the Human Resources Officer within 5 working days after the interview.

When you go to the interview, keep the following things in mind:

  • Try to answer questions openly and in detail, based on WHAT SITUATION ARISED, WHAT TASK WAS GIVEN, WHAT STEPS WERE TAKEN, AND WHAT RESULTS WERE OBTAINED.
  • During the interview, you can openly ask the interviewer any questions you may have about the job or the recruitment process.

3. Additional selection

Depending on the specifics of the company and the position, some positions are subject to additional selection. Additional selection can take place in the form of taking a professional exam, giving homework, preparing a presentation.

4. Decision making

Upon completion of the pre-selection stages, the company’s Human Resources staff and management will make a joint decision. HR will present you with the final decision.
