CEC Investment NBFI LLC

CEC Investment NBFI (Non-Banking Financial Institution) was established on November 6, 2013, with the investment of “United Projects Corporation” LLC, with the license to engage in the credit and investment consulting activities in the Mongolian banking and financial sector
As of today, we are providing our services to around 170 customers through 3 branches. Our company’s main services are asset backed loan services, small and medium-sized enterprises support loan services, consumer loan services, and green loan services.

We will provide financial products and services that meet the needs of the customers in the most efficient way.

We have cooperated and financed 2 construction projects.

We provided an investment loan to the Tugs Urgats (Perfect Harvest) project, which is the Mongolia’s first fully automatic greenhouse farming project.

From 2021, we started using the financial system developed by “Grapecity” LLC in our operations.

In January 2023, we became a non-banking financial institution licensed for credit services and trust services after receiving a Trust Service License from the Financial Regulatory Commission. By obtaining a Trust Services License, we became able to control, use and manage your assets.

From 2023, we started using the “Khur” information system in our operations.

We signed a cooperation agreement with Moni Market LLC and became a participant in the money market, participating in swap between non-banking financial institutions.

We joined the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Association of Mongolia. As a result of this, we were able to recieve information issued from the association to Non-Banking Financial Institutions on a regular basis and to train our employees appropriately.
