Green Property

“Green Property” LLC was established as a subsidiary of “United Projects Corporation” LLC in 2018 with the aim of providing property /facility/ management services in the real estate sector. “Green Property” LLC is the first Mongolian member organization of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). The main goal of the IFMA, which started its operation in Mongolia in 2017, is to bring property management in Mongolia in line with international standards and to support its member organizations in providing highquality security, cleaning, landscaping, and other related services.

Our Goal

We strive to ensure safety of the residential and commercial buildings, as well as to create convenient and comfortable working and living conditions for both residents and businesses, and to ensure the normal and safe operation of the infrastructure facilities. Our approach to property management is to focus on our customers. For this reason, we operate with the aim of providing fast and high-quality services (e.g. heat, electricity, water supply) that meet the needs and requests of the residents in the most efficient way at all times, while introducing latest technology and equipment which meet international standards in our operation.

Since our inception, we have been continuously providing cleaning and maintenance services for the resident, business, and public buildings and green area in the “Shine Yarmag” residential complex.
