United Properties Holding LLC is developing a residential complex for 3,000 families to the highest of building and design standards. The residential complex is being constructed on 21 hectares of land in Yarmag, one of Ulaanbaatar’s newly designated residential areas.
The project started in 2015 with the commissioning of infrastructure to provide heating, electricity, water supply, sewage, and communication systems. The first phase of the project comprises 20 residential blocks, homes for 1,500 families, a school, a kindergarten, retail outlets and sports facilities.
This development is setting new standards in the Mongolian real estate sector by paying close attention to the planning of family living space, the privacy of the residents, environmentally friendly building standards and a Smart City system (designed to reduce living costs).
In addition to this, in order to properly implement and direct project management, and to develop our staff skills, we organized Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) training to all our employees in 2021.
In order to introduce and implement international practices for the entire project period, we employed Oh Myug Genn and Kwang Young, who are civil engineering experts of the Korean Society of Civil Engineers as project managers.
United Projects Corporation LLC and group subsidiaries provide support to United Properties Holding LLC. United Properties Holding LLC is responsible for project supervision and general execution. Anagram LLC undertakes design work and general planning and Green Property LLC provides facilities management services.
