United Projects Corporation LLC initiates and implements projects and programs that generate long-term benefits for the country’s social and economic development. Currently, the company is focusing on the following areas.

United Properties Holding LLC, established in 2009, is the property developer and project owner of the “Shine Yarmag” residential complex.

CEC Investment NBFI (Non-Banking Financial Institution) was established on November 6, 2013, with the investment of “United Projects Corporation” LLC, with the license to engage in the credit and investment consulting activities in the Mongolian banking and financial sector

We provide comprehensive architectural and consulting services specializing in Architecture, Master Planning, Urban Planning, Interior Design, and Construction.

Green Property LLC is the first Mongolian member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), supporting its members in delivering high-quality property management services—including security, cleaning, landscaping, and other related services—at international standards.

UPC invested in Steppe Arena LLC to help facilitate the development of Mongolia’s first worldclass ice rink. This privately funded project has enabled UPC to fulfill its social responsibilities, promote winter sports. and provide a new generation of children with state-of-the-art sports facilities.

Our Projects

UPC is responsible for the funding, audit, risk management, corporate coherence, and the human resources management of its subsidiaries operating in construction project management, facility management, building design, finance, food production, and trading.
